20.01: Can you predict from just knowing the Lagna’s Rasi? This is called ‘blank chart prediction’. I like to call it ‘blurry chart prediction.’
20.02: Almost 50-60% of a chart can be gleaned just from Lagna placement. But what we find out is like drawing the outline of a painting’s subject. The details come from the graha placements, degrees and aspects.
I like to use the example of my favourite ISKCON painting of Yasodha holding the baby Krishna in her lap. They are gorgeously adorned, their halos shines through and they gaze at us with compassion..but what is also visible is the Vatsalyam..that special love between the mother and child.
How can so many details be there in just one painting? Where does the artist begin to be able to register so many colors, details, feelings, emotions and messages. For the artist, it began as the outline of a woman holding a small child on her lap. Then he fills in the details.
That’s what a blurry blank chart analysis will also offer us. Not all Simha Lagna people will be Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha and not all Cancer Lagna natives will be Indian PM Indira Gandhi, but all Simha Lagna Natives will turn their enemies into gainful enemies and Cancer Lagna Natives’ luck will explode after they buy their first home. These are themes. There will be variations and exceptions depending on other chart placements influencing them, but these general trends will certainly show up with each respective Lagna.
20: 03: Let’s start with AGNI Tattva. There are three Lagnas whose Rasis have Agni Tattva: Mesha, Simha and Dhanush. (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius)
20: 04: If Lagna falls in Mesha Rasi, it means it’s in a Rasi that is Agni Tattva and Chara (moveable) Rasi. It follows that the second Bhava(Dhana Sthana) for this chart native will possess Prithvi Tattva and be Sthira(fixed) in nature. Third Bhava(Sahaja Bhava) will be Vayu Tattva and Dvishvabhava(dual) in nature.
Assignment 1: make a chart with three columns: Bhava, Tattva and Rasi Guna. Write only for Agni Tattva Rasis.
Mesha:
Lagna :: Agni :: Chara (Mesha)
Dhana Sthana :: Prithvi :: Sthira (Vrishaba)
Sahaja Sthana :: Vayu :: Dvishwa (Mithuna)
Sukha Sthana :: Jala :: Chara (Karkataka)
Etc.
Now do it for Simha Rasi:
Lagna :: Agni :: Sthira (Simha)
Dhana Sthana :: Prithvi :: Dvishwa (Kanya)
Sahara Sthana :: Vayu :: Chara (Tula)
Etc.
For Dhanur Rasi:
Lagna :: Agni :: Dvishwa (Dhanur)
Dhana Sthana :: Prithvi :: Chara (Makara)
Sahara Sthana :: Vayu :: Sthira (Kumbha)
This might seem like too simple of an assignment. But you have to write it down and imprint it inside your brain cells.
Blank chart reading a not memorizing generalizations. It’s understanding Bhavas and it’s Tattvas and Gunas.
The list of qualities and energies should unscroll inside your head the minute you see the Lagna placement even without considering any of the other graha placements.
This is the ‘outline’ of your chart. Please write this down in your journal and work on it. It is not possible to go over every house and every signification and memorise it. We should instead make it our second nature to pull Tattvas/Gunas when we see a Rasi or a Graha.
20: 05: The Agni Tattva Lagna Rasis form trines in the 1,5, 9 combination.
Assignment 2: Write down what this means to you and how you would interpret it. There is no right or wrong answer. Just record your thoughts. We will discuss them in depth during the live CH sessions.
20: 06: Do not watch YouTube videos or memorise blank chart predictions. You will not be able to remember that and there is so many more combinations that you won’t even tap into if you believe that there is only a finite combination of traits and predictions.
This is not like teaching AI to play chess. This is Jyotish. We tap into a Greater Consciousness, the Pancha Tattvas and use our intuition with the guidance of the Brahman.
